About this website
This website is operated by Ringway UK Roofing Service Ltd, company number 13309810. Our admin office is Ringwood Road, Burley, Ringwood, BH24 4BU. Contact info@ringwayroofing.co.uk or 0238 124 2980.
These terms explain use of our website and the enquiry process. They do not replace the written quotation or agreement for roofing work, or your statutory rights.
Information and enquiries
Website information gives an overview of our services. Advice about your particular roof depends on its condition, access and the work required; a site visit may be needed. Please do not rely on general website information as a roof inspection or a diagnosis of a safety issue.
Requesting advice, a callback or a free written quotation does not oblige you to book work. Submitting a form does not itself confirm a booking or an agreed start date. We will discuss availability and your requirements with you.
Quotations and work
The written quotation and any agreed contract should set out the work, materials, price, payment arrangements and relevant timing. Any changes should be agreed with you. Ask us to clarify anything before accepting a quotation.
Details of any applicable guarantee will be provided with the work agreement. A guarantee is additional to your statutory rights. Nothing in these website terms removes rights relating to reasonable care and skill, cancellation where applicable, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Images and reviews
Some visuals are identified as illustrations or AI-generated examples. They demonstrate a design or roofing concept and are not evidence of a completed Ringway project. Customer review excerpts express the reviewer’s experience; follow the source links for the original reviews and current ratings.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site or submit unlawful or malicious material. Website text, graphics and photographs may be protected by intellectual property rights; ask before reusing them commercially.
External links and availability
Links to WhatsApp, review services and other websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but it may need maintenance and information may change. Contact us to confirm details relevant to your work.
Questions and concerns
Please contact us promptly if you have a concern about information on this site or our services. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these website terms. Updates do not retrospectively change an agreement already made for roofing work.
